The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds are cozy and the lobby is beautiful. The breakfast offered is quite good and there are English-speaking staff members available.

This hotel offers luxurious and exclusive amenities that ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. The Spa & wellness centre is exceptional with a heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and massage therapies available. We especially enjoyed the full body massage that left us feeling rejuvenated. The restaurant was also outstanding with a diverse range of options, including special diet menus. The in-room breakfast was a great perk.
The only minor issue we encountered was the slightly remote location, although it did offer privacy and a peaceful atmosphere away from the city center. The nearby area was simple and lacked sophisticated surroundings, but the hotel itself was impeccable.

The rooms were clean and comfy, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. We also enjoyed the beautiful lobby with its elegant decor. The hotel was located close to several key attractions and offered easy access to public transportation.
The staff struggled with English, making it difficult to communicate. the internet connection was poor, and we experienced issues with the AC during our stay.

My xmas stay was amazing! The facilities were top-notch, with two swimming pools and a gym to choose from. The breakfast selection was delicious and varied, with both Western and Asian dishes on offer. The hotel was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions and transportation hubs, making it easy to explore the city.
Language barriers were prevalent, and some staff struggled to communicate in English. some of the hotel services did not meet the high standard expected of a luxury establishment.

The hotel's location is not central and surrounding area is dirty, but it does have a beautiful lobby. The rooms are big and clean, and offer comfortable beds. The breakfast is quite good with decent options. The facility features a pool, but note that swimming caps must be purchased for $15 each.
